If you see white lines going up and down the screen, it does not show the correct image, but you can hook up the scanner to an external Display or TV with a HDMI cable/VGA cable and it shows the scanner.
This failure is caused by the chip on the motherboard. NOT LCD Display issue !
The chip was soldered on the motherboard, it is not easy to do the replacement because the chip is smaller than a coin battery, you need to find a person with professional soldering skill.
